A classic classroom for 30 pupils, including a teaching assistant area, teacher’s desk space, and a double toilet block, typically costs around £4,500 per month on a 5-year lease or £3,600 per month on a 7-year lease.
For larger dual classrooms with an acoustic wall, music rooms, toilets, and a kitchenette, costs are around £6,400 per month (5 years) or £4,900 per month (7 years).
At the end of the lease, the school owns the building outright.
Quarterly or annual payment plans are also available.
Finance decisions are usually made within 48 hours once the required financial information, accounts, and sign-off from the Headteacher and Finance Officer are provided.

Most projects take 8–12 weeks from approval to completion, depending on size and specification. Much of the work happens off-site, reducing disruption to day-to-day school life.
Yes, planning permission is normally required, but we handle this as part of our service. We work with local councils and education authorities to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Our buildings are designed with 150mm of insulation, compared to around 50mm in many older classrooms. Each includes efficient heating and cooling systems with air filtration to maintain a healthy learning environment year-round.
