  • Bespoke design and quotations

  • Full project management, construction, and installation

  • Optional extras and customisation

  • Handover and aftercare

All services are provided subject to a separate written quotation and agreement.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit will be required to confirm your project and secure a build slot.

  • Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your project agreement.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing clear access to the installation site.

  • It is your responsibility to confirm whether planning permission or building control approval is required (we can advise where possible).

  • All necessary permissions and consents must be in place before the agreed build start date.

7. Warranties & Aftercare

  • All modular buildings include a 10-year structural warranty.

  • Optional aftercare services and maintenance plans are available and will be outlined in your quotation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client

  • Delays resulting from factors outside our control (e.g. severe weather or supply delays)

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the project in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to BGR Education and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law
